• The retainer arrangement is also beneficial for your business, fostering a long-term relationship between our law firm and your company. This, in turn, helps safeguard your business interests and operations.
• We can be part of your company’s legal department but at an affordable cost so that you can run your business confidently with a peace of mind.

Our retainer service fees are based on the number of hours provided by us on a monthly basis to meet your legal needs in corporate/commercial advisory and consultation matters. Our retainer provides you access to our qualified lawyers for the following services: –

• Respond via email, phone call, video conference or physical meeting to your commercial, corporate, employment and industrial relations, privacy and data protection, competition law, trademark legal enquiries or matters;
• assistance in drafting and reviewing legal correspondence;
• attendance in negotiation and/or meetings;
• on-site support;
• reviewing, drafting or amending of agreements, contracts, legal documents and policies

Clients on our retainer will enjoy the benefit of the following legal services other than those mentioned above at special rates: –

• legal representation in Court and/or Tribunals for contentious and non-contentious matters; and
• preparing and providing internal training sessions.

With parties’ agreement, you have the option to carry forward any unutilized hours from a particular month to the following month.

You may suggest a customised package tailored to your specific needs. In such cases, the monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly.

A separate quote will be provided for such services. You will be entitled to special rates if you have an ongoing retainer with us.
